In this series of posts I will be sharing startup lessons learnt whilst building Funifi and what we can learn from kids.It’s 18:50 on a Monday evening sitting at Johannesburg international airport and that familiar feeling has started to sink in, it’s a feeling that never gets easier. It’s that moment when you have to say goodbye to the ones you love in pursuit of your passion.It feels like yesterday clinging to the gates and crying as my mother dropped me off for pre-school on her way to work. Fast forward 24 years and it is now my mother crying as she drops me off at the boarding gates as I head off on a journey to follow my dreams.Growing up as a child I was incredibly fortunate to be brought up in an environment where we were encouraged to set goals and follow our passions. See more here
